Shiji Railway Project


Shijiazhuang-Jinan High-speed Railway, also known as Shiji High-speed Railway, also known as Shiji Passenger Line, is a high-speed railway connecting Shijiazhuang and Jinan City, and is an important part of the "Qingyin Channel", one of the main channels of the eight-vertical and eight-horizontal high-speed railway in the "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan" revised in 2016.
On March 16, 2014, the construction of Shiji high-speed railway officially started; On December 28, 2017, the Shijiazhuang-Qihe section of the Shiji high-speed railway was officially put into operation; On January 5, 2019, the Qihe to Jinan East section of the Shiji High-speed Railway was officially put into operation, marking the completion and opening of the entire Shiji High-Speed Railway.
The Shiji high-speed railway runs from Shijiazhuang Station to Jinan East Railway Station, with a total length of 298 kilometers, 11 stations, and a maximum speed of 275 kilometers per hour.
